Zork is a fabulous land of magic and mystery - a peaceful land with a gentle ruler, Syovar. But disaster has struck! Syovar has been captured by Malifestro, a powerful wizard from a neighbouring land, who is demanding a terrible ransom from the people of Zork - 10,000 slaves and half the kingdom, or Syovar will die!

YOU, the reader, are thrown into the seething world, where wizards, elves, Cyclops and magical creatures roam, and only YOU can decide the outcome of the adventure. Can you help find Syovar? Or must Zork submit to Malifestro's evil demand?
